Davet kodum çalışmıyor

Davet kodları süreli ve genellikle tek kullanımlıdır (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX biçiminde). Süresi dolmuş ya da kullanılmış olabilir; bize yazın, yeni davet gönderelim.

Yükleme beklemede kalıyor

İnternet yokken paketler telefonda bekler ve bağlantı gelince otomatik yeniden denenir. Sunucu yoğunsa uygulama bir süre sonra yeniden dener.

Verilerimi silmek istiyorum

Uygulamada Ayarlar › Hesap › Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil'e dokunun; hesabınız ve sunucudaki verileriniz silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız Hesap silme sayfasındaki e-posta adımlarını izleyin.

Tavla Capture is in invite-only early access; replies are best-effort and usually come within a few days.

Please include

App version and phone model / OS version.
The Device: …xxxxxxxx code from Settings › Account.
When it happened and what you were doing (a screenshot helps).
Do not send your invite code, passwords or access tokens.

Frequently asked

My invite code does not work

Invite codes are time-limited and usually single-use (format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). It may have expired or been used; write to us and we will send a new one.

An upload stays pending

Without internet, packages wait on the phone and are retried automatically when a connection returns. If the server is busy the app retries after a while.

I want my data deleted

In the app tap Settings › Account › Delete my account and data; your account and your data on the server are deleted. If you cannot access the app, follow the e-mail steps on the Delete account page.
